Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

At Cwave Tech, we believe in delivering both performance and peace of mind. Below are our clear and customer-first policies for returns, exchanges, and deliveries.

โœ… 1. Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 working days from the date your item is delivered, if:

  • The item is incorrect

  • It arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is malfunctioning out of the box

We do not accept returns for change of mind or cancellations once payment is confirmed.

๐Ÿ”„ 1-to-1 Exchange Policy

We offer a 90-day 1-to-1 replacement for any hardware components (GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, PSU, etc.) found to be faulty under normal use. Simply contact us for verification, and weโ€™ll arrange an exchange.


๐ŸŸ  What qualifies as incorrect or defective?

  • Wrong model, colour, or etc

  • Missing parts or items inside the packaging

  • Hardware not functioning upon delivery


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) is required

  • The product must be returned in original condition, including all boxes, packaging, and any free gifts

  • Packaging must be clean, unused, and undamaged

  • Items must be securely packed in the original or protective packaging to avoid damage during return transit

Cwave Tech reserves the right to reject any return or refund deemed unreasonable or not meeting the above criteria.

Refunds are only processed after returned goods have been inspected and approved by our return team.

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. ย The product received is incorrect and report within 7 days, such as:

    • Wrong item, model, or specification delivered

    • Missing key components in the package

  2. ย The product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) or fails to operate within 7 working days of delivery, and a replacement is not possible

  3. The item is physically damaged upon arrival, and you notify us within 48 hours, with photo/video proof

  4. ย You returned the product in full compliance with our Return Policy:

    • New condition

    • Original packaging

    • Complete with accessories and free gifts

    • Properly packed and undamaged during return transit


โŒ Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Physical or liquid damage not reported within 48 hours

  • Returns that do not meet packaging or condition requirements

  • Issues caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or improper use

All refund requests are subject to final approval by Cwave Tech after inspection.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

๐Ÿ“ Shipping Address

We only ship to the billing/shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect addresses are the buyerโ€™s responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.

๐Ÿ”„ Change of Address

Please notify us before shipment if there is any change in shipping address.
Changes requested after dispatch will incur additional shipping fees.


โฑ๏ธ Shipping Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 3 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery is made during office hours: 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM (Weekdays)

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer

Once your parcel is shipped, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor its delivery status in real time.
