You may request a return or exchange within 7 working days from the date your item is delivered, if:

It arrives damaged or defective
The item is malfunctioning out of the box
We do not accept returns for change of mind or cancellations once payment is confirmed.
We offer a 90-day 1-to-1 replacement for any hardware components (GPU, CPU, RAM, SSD, PSU, etc.) found to be faulty under normal use. Simply contact us for verification, and weโll arrange an exchange.

To be eligible for return or exchange:
Proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) is required
The product must be returned in original condition, including all boxes, packaging, and any free gifts
Packaging must be clean, unused, and undamaged
Items must be securely packed in the original or protective packaging to avoid damage during return transit
Cwave Tech reserves the right to reject any return or refund deemed unreasonable or not meeting the above criteria.
Refunds are only processed after returned goods have been inspected and approved by our return team.

All refund requests are subject to final approval by Cwave Tech after inspection.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We only ship to the billing/shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect addresses are the buyerโs responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
Please notify us before shipment if there is any change in shipping address.
